Thank you so much for being such an important part of our lives and helping us celebrate this amazing day! We can't wait to share all the fantastic moments that come with our wedding day with each and every member of our wedding party.
This webpage is only visible to all you members of the wedding party, so we have posted some general information about the current plans for Labor Day weekend 2019, known from this day forth as Jon and Sarah get married weekend.
We are excited to tell you about our first gift to you all!
As a thanks for being part of our day, and understanding traveling to Estes Park will be a journey for some, we have procured condos at the Historic Stanley hotel for all the members of the wedding party to stay at! That's right your rooms are free! (Minus minibar and incidentals.) These rooms are two or three bedrooms and will house several members or groups of wedding party couples, so this will be a fun experience!
Please contact the bride/groom if you have any questions regarding the rooms.

MEGAN JO BALES - SISTER COUSIN OF THE BRIDE - LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
Meet the sister of the bride Megan Jo Bales! Sarah and Megan are truly cousins, but are sisters at heart. Currently, Megan lives in Las Vegas with her boyfriend Ryan. This gorgeous gal recently graduated from UNLV with honors in Public Health. She loves to volunteer, travel, lover of food, and good company.

RACHEL ABOLALFIA - LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
Meet Rachel Abolafia! Rachel also lives in Las Vegas. Sarah met Rachel over 7 years ago in Las Vegas where they worked together at the Monte Carlo. She is a wonderful mommy of three beautiful girls (Kaylee, Ainsley, & Hayden) and is married to Gavin. She loves to be active, travel, is very crafty, and co-owns Great Expectations, a wedding coordinator service.

Meet Sarah's soon to be Sister-in-law Julie DeLeon! Julie lives in Iowa City. She has a son Landon, a daughter Tegan, and husband Justin. Julie is a super-star Army Wife that has traveled the world! She was once a teacher and decided she wanted to stay at home and raise her babies. She also LOVES CrossFit and is a trainer.

Meet Megan May! Sarah met Megan in Las Vegas over a year ago while doing CrossFit. Megan currently lives in South Beach. She has a son Lennox and husband Brian. Megan is a stay-at-home mommy who is also a model, traveler, a foodie, and motivator. Megan also LOVES CrossFit and is trainer. Because of her, Jon and I were introduced.

TRENE BAMBROUGH - LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
Meet Trene Bambrough! Trene was one of Sarah's first friends when she started working at the Monte Carlo over 7 years ago. Trene lives in Las Vegas too! She has a daughter Audrey, a son Liam, a baby girl on the way, and husband Ryan. As mentioned above, Trene is co-owner of Great Expectations. She is a next level foodie, sushi genius, lover of wine and spirits, artist, and traveler.

JUSTIN DELEON - BROTHER OF THE GROOM - IOWA CITY, IOWA
Captain Justin DeLeon is the older brother of Jonathan, and lifetime best friend. After graduating Colorado State University he commissioned into the Army. Justin currently lives in Iowa City and teaches Army ROTC at the University of Iowa, with he wife Julie and two children, Landon and Tegan.

David has been a friend and brother at heart of Jonathan's since high school. David, his wife Bethany and their daughter Marlowe live in Omaha where David works for Union Pacific.

Phil and Jonathan have been great friends since high school. College pulled Phil to Texas where he stayed. He currently lives in Dallas and works as an architect with Stocker Hoesterey Montenegro Architects, PLLC.

Brian and Jonathan met on the beach in Miami at a Reebok Crossfit Miami Beach workout, through a shared love of Star Wars. They became fast friends! Brian now lives in South Beach with his wife Megan and son Lennox. Brian works as an engineer for Dell and has several other businesses on the side he continues to grow.

DALE FOSTER - FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
Dale is the father of bridesmaid Julie DeLeon, and grandfather to Landon and Tegan. He and his wife Ellen live in Fort Collins, CO. A former pastor at a local church and a family friend for many years, Sarah and Jon have a place in their hearts for this warm, welcoming and smiling man of God. They are so excited to have him lead them through their vows and into this next chapter of their lives.

Hi, I’m Emily Jolly, also known as the chief choreographer of fabulous moments and memories. And I have an amazing, fun-loving team that puts as much “jolly” into each event as I do. My job is to make your special day dazzling while you sit back and enjoy the ride. The passion I have for the work I do is matched by my organizational skills, attention to detail and an unfailing interest in really listening to you. While your needs are always a priority to me, your wants are just as important and I really enjoy making them happen.
I started my career as an event planner for a small boutique agency and went on to design corporate hotel events, so I’ve worked with casual and intimate gatherings, large conventions and everything in between. While I loved mastering the details and execution of every event, I wanted to get to know my customers better, personalize each occasion and make the planning a party in itself. Thus, I started Jolly Events.
I feel blessed to make my living on co-creating grand visions with clients who eventually become my friends, pampering them and experiencing their joy in the process. I love to spoil others and find creative ways to do it. Plus, I’m an eternal optimist who believes anything is possible — and that every event can be infused with stress-free energy, fun and laughter. In my spare time, I enjoy running. I love yoga (but I can’t touch my toes). I love red wine and must drink it in a stemmed wine glass. Hey, I may be quirky but I lead a dependable, follow-through-with-promises team and we look forward to working with you.
